These Terms of service (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website atrakcje-mielno.pl (hereinafter the “Site”).


§ 1. General provisions

  1. The Site Operator (hereinafter: the “Operator”) is:

  2. The Site is informational in nature — it presents content concerning tourist attractions in Mielno and the surrounding area.
  3. Use of the Site is free of charge and does not require registration or login.
  4. By using the Site, the User accepts these Terms and the Privacy policy.

1.1. Definitions

  • Operator — HT Houseboats Sp. z o.o. with registered office at ul. Morska 54, 76-032 Mielno, KRS 0000769170, NIP PL4990676720
  • Site — the website at atrakcje-mielno.pl together with all sub-pages and resources
  • User — any person using the Site
  • Content — all materials (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, maps) published on the Site
  • External entities — third parties to which the Site refers (e.g. accommodation venues, tourist attractions)

§ 2. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Site you need:
    • any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge in their current version)
    • JavaScript enabled (recommended)
    • internet access
  2. The Site uses cookies — details in the Privacy policy.
  3. The Site operates continuously (24/7), with possible short breaks for technical maintenance.

§ 3. Informational nature of the Site

  1. All content published on the Site is purely informational in nature.
  2. The Site does not directly provide tourist, hotel, transport or catering services — it acts as a guide to local attractions.
  3. Prices, opening hours, availability and offers of attractions and venues are subject to change. Before visiting we recommend verifying with the operator of the given attraction.
  4. The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the information is up to date and reliable, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted accuracy.
  5. The content of the Site does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.

  1. All content on the Site (texts, photographs, graphics, layout, logos, icons) is protected by copyright under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.
  2. Rights to the content belong to the Operator or its sources — they have been made available under appropriate agreements.
  3. Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting the content of the Site requires the written consent of the Operator.
  4. Permitted is:
    • Quoting excerpts (up to 200 characters) with attribution and a link to the original article
    • Sharing links to the Site on social media
    • Downloading and printing individual pages for private use
  5. Prohibited is:
    • Automated downloading of site content (scraping, crawling) without written consent
    • Reproduction of content for commercial purposes without a licence
    • Removal of copyright notices, logos or copyright statements

§ 5. Liability of the Operator

  1. The Operator is not liable for:
    • Damage arising from the use of information contained on the Site
    • Travel and financial decisions taken on the basis of the content of the Site
    • Acts or omissions of third-party operators (attractions, accommodation venues, restaurants)
    • Temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical failures or maintenance
    • Effects of force majeure (natural disasters, failures of internet infrastructure)
  2. The Operator is not responsible for third-party content accessible after clicking on external links — each external site has its own terms and privacy policy.
  3. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the content reflects reality, but does not guarantee its completeness or up-to-dateness.

  1. The Site may contain links to external sites of attractions, accommodation venues, restaurants, museums and other entities operating in Mielno and the surrounding area.
  2. By clicking on an external link, the User leaves the Site and is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the destination site.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for the content, offer, availability and operation of external sites.
  4. The Site may participate in affiliate programmes — in such case, appropriate markings (e.g. “affiliate link”, “partnership”) will be visible next to specific content.

§ 7. Comments, reviews and contact

  1. The Site currently does not provide a comment function for users.
  2. If such functions are introduced, the Operator reserves the right to:
    • Moderate content (remove spam, unlawful or offensive content)
    • Remove comments containing links to external sites without consent
    • Ban users who breach the Terms

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the operation of the Site may be submitted to the Operator in writing.
  2. The complaint should contain:
    • First and last name (or company name) of the complainant
    • E-mail or contact address
    • Description of the problem (page URL, date, description of the error)
  3. The Operator will consider the complaint within 14 working days of receiving it.
  4. The Operator is not a party to commercial relationships between the User and third-party operators — complaints concerning third-party services should be addressed directly to them.

§ 9. Protection of personal data

§ 10. Accessibility (WCAG)

The Operator aims to ensure the accessibility of the Site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1 level AA). Details in the Accessibility statement.


§ 11. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  2. The User will be informed of material changes through:
    • An updated date at the end of the Terms
    • For changes affecting User rights — with 30 days’ advance notice
  3. Continued use of the Site after the changes are introduced indicates their acceptance.

§ 12. Final provisions

  1. The governing law for these Terms is Polish law.
  2. In matters not regulated by the Terms, the following shall apply:
    • the Polish Civil Code
    • the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services
    • the Polish Copyright Act
    • the GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved amicably. Failing agreement — by the competent court for the Operator’s registered office.
  4. Consumers have the option of using out-of-court complaint procedures:
    • The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
    • The Polish Voivodship Trade Inspectorate
  5. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  6. These Terms apply from 15 May 2026.
