The atrakcje-mielno.pl site is purely informational — it does not require registration or login. As part of standard use of the website we process the following categories of data:

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption (SSL certificate across the whole domain)
- Cloudflare WAF (Web Application Firewall) — protection against attacks
- Regular updates of software and security
- Database backups
- Restricted access — only authorised persons have access to the data
10. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Some tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Cloudflare) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (USA). We use them all on the basis of:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
