What you can see from the deck

The cruise route leads through the central and western part of Lake Jamno — a former sea bay cut off from the Baltic by the growing sandbar. From the deck you will see:

  • Panorama of Mielno from the lake side (inaccessible from land)
  • The strip of sandbar with characteristic resort architecture
  • Extensive reed beds, which are the habitat of waterfowl
  • Traditional fishing huts on the shore
  • The Jamno Canal connecting the lake with the Baltic (from a distance)

The guide tells on an ongoing basis about the history of Mielno as a former fishing village, the fishing traditions of the region and the natural curiosities of the lake.

Is it worth booking in advance?

In July and August — definitely yes. It is the most popular Water Fun attraction and is often booked for the whole day 24-48 hours in advance. Online booking gives a 10% discount + certainty of place.

Outside the peak season (May, June, September) the ticket can be purchased at the cash desk just before departure.
